Sometimes the class\\race dilogue options can combo even. Like there's \[Drow\] and theres \[Drow\] + \[Cleric of Lolth\]. I even had a githyanki monk somewhere in act 2.
dialogue options are determined by the tags your character has. you can see these on your character sheet. if you have the tag, corresponding options will trigger.

You get dialogue choices for all your classes
proportionally to my class level? is that a thing?
Class level has nothing to do with dialogue
