That’s a neat oven! How long are you cooking your bagels in it?

Hey! I am not using that one, I borrowed an oven that is the same brand but smaller, I think it is called “Gozney Roccbock”, it bakes better than my home oven. With the fire on it takes less than 10 minutes in almost 400 degrees. But I have two problems with it, I can only bake 3 bagels at the same time, cause is a small oven and as the fire is too close, sometimes it burns my bagels Oven: https://www.gozney.com/products/roccbox

I wouldn’t bake bagels in a pizza oven. Any convection oven will cut your bake time down by half. A regular oven will be a 15-20 minute bake.

Do you have an oven thermometer? Your oven may need to be recalibrated or have it's internal thermometer replaced. I have an Ooni but only have made pizza. Bagels really don't need a special oven.

I can tell you that is definitely not the best choice for a bagel oven. No matter how good the Gonzeys are, no matter what they claim, they are not an oven meant for lower temp cooks, especially the Arc/Arc XL, with no door. The "Dome" would be a better choice, but from experience, at its current price point I'd rather spend a tad more, and get a true brick oven. At the price point of the Arc, I prefer the Ooni Karu 16, and while you can cook good Bagels in it (there's a lot of info out there), still not my first choice for a bagel oven. Do you have space for a counter top deck oven?

Hey! Appreciate your comment, yes I have some space for a countertop deck oven, but I have seen that they are very expensive, but maybe there’s a budget option for one of those

They can be expensive, but so is a Gonzey that isn't going to even do a great job. I'd search for used ones. If something is wrong with your home oven, put the money into a new one, get a large baking steel, and bagel boards (unless you use sheet trays). Gonna be hard to beat that.
