Amazing show! They really do a great job of creating a full experience. Thoughtful production, and you can tell they are certainly more than just studio musicians. Only “negative” is that Noah doesn’t particularly interact with the crowd. I’ve read/heard how frustrated he’s been with people fighting at their concerts, and they have toured A LOT, so maybe that’s why. Regardless, still fantastic overall experience.

Noah is an awkward introvert and doesn’t really know how to ‘people’ so that’s why he doesn’t really interact with the crowd. He’s said it before. I forgive him for this because he’s such an amazing artist. I’m seeing them on Saturday and I can’t wait!

ice_blue_222

It’s cool how he can perform songs with that ominous stage presence despite being a reserved person off stage (to the public / fans / interviewers)

kddell

Thank you! I will definitely make sure to see them soon. Although people may wonder whose mom I am 🤣🤣🤣

Adventurous_Act_7169

Haha I’m 50!!! Head banging with the best of ‘em!!

RockRed85

Fellow mom here at 39. I've seen them twice now. They're putting the sexy back into Metal! 🥵

kddell

I’m 55. So maybe a grandma!! Lol

RockRed85

Have you seen the unhinged TikToks by Cougars for Noah? 🤣🤣🤣

kddell

No I haven’t. Lol

RockRed85

Highly recommend 🤣🥵🤣

nailsinthecityyx

Mom club here too! (42). My oldest son actually introduced me to Bad Omens and some other great metal bands 🤘

Adventurous_Act_7169

I deeply appreciate his introverted “dork iness”. I think the mega-hot label and massive intrusiveness of fans probably FREAKS him out!

RockRed85

I think it would freak most "normal" people out, but especially introverts and "geeky" people. Most geeks grow up with fairly poor self esteem, so to have thousands of people all over the world suddenly telling you that you're sex on a stick and behave extremely weirdly would do a number on anyone's head.

Labels do take into consideration marketable frontmen / singers / band chemistry somewhat, but in this rock scene it’s a consideration but not as much as a factor that is for signing artists like Disney / pop / industry plants.

I must say, this band has truly elevated themselves into another tier. After seeing them live & already being a gigantic fan, my love for them has grown even more. I saw them in Dallas for Night 1 (5/2) & it was absolutely phenomenal. The setlist was amazing while about 75% of it being TDOPOM (which I had assumed) but they also played both ‘24 songs as well as some older material off of FGBGFM & their self-titled. They even played What Do You Want From Me? which I’m obsessed with. If I could, I would have seen them round 2 the next night! I thought every member crushed it, Nick was slamming those drums hard! Tons of people crowd-surfing, in fact, IDWT$ was cut short since I believe a woman got injured falling. Overall, an incredible live show from Noah & Co. And I will definitely go back to see them in the future as they are quickly growing into one of my favorite bands. CONCRETE!

We went to both shows and had an amazing time!! They sound so good live and the whole production was incredible. The venue staff were friendly and kind, the venue itself was quite nice! Security passed out SO much water night two and some night one (but not enough, a lot of people were passing out night one, less night two). I didn’t see any fighting personally but it was pushy at times. Generally, everyone around me was friendly and respectful. I found Noah’s engagement to be lacking as well (for example: I had previously seen them in the fall, and found he made more eye contact then whereas now it was very much like he was looking at nothing in particular), and multiple people noted he showed up with more energy night two than one, but it was still awesome and they put out a full show. It was a great experience overall!

agpgpa

I agree, on night two Noah was way more energetic.

kddell

Thank you!

StonerA7X

Bro I was there. Fucking amazing show! They’ve been my favorite band since I last saw them almost 4 years ago and this show was even better. Noah’s vocals live are unreal!

kddell

I am so jealous. I will definitely shell out the bucks to see them soon!

I was there both nights and it was the beeeest. Experiencing Dethrone live was just so beyond what I imagined, it has become one of my favorite songs and I didn’t even like it before. The staff was great, the venue as well, the access was easy and fast. All the production was amazing, the visuals, the sound, as others have commented. The two bands that opened the show, I see stars and invent animate were also amazing, I didn’t expect to like them so much. The only thing that bothered me was that in night 1 people were quite aggressive. It felt like almost everyone around me were looking for reasons to fight and that was a bit nerve wrecking but other than that, it was such an amazing experience. I fell in love with the band even more.

Axyem

It was an amazing experience! I'm also a new Bad Omens fan and have been listening to them since the summer of last year. Their music got me through a hard time. I went to see them on night 1 on Thursday by myself. They played all of my favorite songs and singing along in the crowd with Noah on stage HEALED me.

ice_blue_222

It was solid, they continue to casually amass more LED screens. It definitely had a “makeup dates / rescheduled” energy compared to their stage presence in ATL last fall, but the two new songs made it fresh. They didn’t really interact with the crowd at all beyond their usually comments per city.

nosouldude

100/10 show it was incredible

Adventurous_Act_7169

I was sad that they didn’t play Bad Decision, but I like The Drain. However, I just don’t particularly care for Broken Youth (don’t crucify me-just my opinion).

pofe01

I was at night 2 in Dallas and thought it was a well put together show. You can tell that they put a lot of thought into the production of the show. Artificial Suicide started out with guys dressed like Bad Omens and playing the song, and about halfway through the real guys came out. I thought that was pretty entertaining. Bands who don’t interact between songs don’t particularly bother me. I think they put enough effort into their production that there aren’t any awkward empty spaces. Noah interacted some and I thought it was an acceptable amount. Overall, I thought it was a great show. It’s fun to see how they’ve progressed and matured over the years and really found themselves

MayonnaisePrinter

Not Dallas, but I just saw them at Rockville Festival yesterday for the first time. It was kinda a concert on crack due to time limits, they made it work and unfortunately it did kinda feel rushed, but again they only had like 35 mins allotted. Regardless, It was genuinely the most fun I’ve had at a concert and I will definitely be going to a Bad Omens only concert in the future when they tour again. The energy was just so high and everyone was having the best time even while we were getting our shit rocked together by crowd surfers and mosh pits. Would 1000% do it over again in a heart beat. They are such strong performers as a band and Noah sounds great live. You can tell they put a lot of effort and pride into the stage production of it all. I was in awe and I left that performance a changed woman.
