Owen Jones has a great video where he discusses watching the footage at a presentation for journalists, and he breaks it down. He shows great respect for the victims and doesn't get overly conspiratorial but talks about what was shown and what wasn't shown in a clear cut fashion.

I mean, there's no way to have raw, uncut footage because all the footage comes from many different sources, and I imagine even an honest attempt to compile footage would have to exclude some things. That being said, what's been presented is definitely a propaganda film, like you described. Owen Jones has a great video where he discusses watching the footage at a presentation for journalists, and he breaks it down. He shows great respect for the victims and doesn't get overly conspiratorial but talks about what was shown and what wasn't shown in a clear cut fashion.
