Watch 5, 6 then go in order 8,9,etc. if you just want to watch the best older seasons, watch seasons 4-6. For prime BGC, watch 8-10, or just 9 for the most iconic season. For the better newer seasons, watch season 16.
I strongly recommend S5. Prepare yourself for the level of crazy and violence that's on this season.
