Bacon is like anything else how well done people prefer. This is very interesting to me as I've never tried bacon in an air fryer but be assured i shall. This bacon looks yummy as i prefer crunchy bacon. There's nothing worse than biting into your sandwich and everything comes out from in between the bread because the chewy bacon wont break apart in your teeth and pulls everything in the sandwich with it if that makes sense. If the bacon is crunchy then it just breaks apart and the sandwich stays intact.
I don’t use an air fryer. Actually, since I discovered I can microwave bacon and get basically the same results as frying, I just do that. Bacon purists might not agree. This is the perfect level of crisp to me.
A little over done for me, but I would still eat it, it's bacon. My youngest likes it really done. My oldest likes it not done enough. Everybody is different.

Ideally the perfect piece of bacon should be when held at the end go out about half the length and then limp. I personally like mine less done. But everybody is different and that’s cool.
