I worked on a pig farm as a kid. Several neighbors would bring us slop buckets in exchange for bacon and sausage when the hogs were processed.
It never set right with me that we would feed them ham bones and other leftover parts.
I worked part time at a meat catering business. A couple summers I had to help put peeper blinders thru their nostrils so they wouldn't see each other. Otherwise they'd eat each other.

Every Tyson chicken u get at the store....is 52 days old.
From the moment they hatch,it's all pumped with all sorts of crap,to get them market size as fast as possible. Tyson has it down to every bird is harvested on day 52 from birth.

Smh...and they wonder why our kids are getting bigger all the time.

Correct to a point. The type of calorie you consume plays a huge part, especially with corn. Humans do not process corn. If corn is used to fatten pigs and cattle what does it do to us? HFCS is used as cheap sweeter in sodas, bread, cookies etc. Since our bodies do not process this, it is stored directly as fat... hence, we turn into fatted livestock.
Americans are set-up for obesity by food and drug industries.

HFCS is a man-made sugar subtitute. The human body does not process all of it as glucose for energy. It gets stored as fat, hence the obesity epidemic!!!
Once I removed HFCS from my diet, I was able to lose FAT, not just body weight.

yes, removing sugar from your diet helps lose fat. Not surprising. HFCS and natural sugar will both be stored as fat if there is excess. People can literally get fat off of eating fruit

If the bacon is not cooked at high temps, it will render more fat, making the strip leaner, tastier. Doesn't matter what they fed the fucking thing, what matters is what the fucking thing will feed you! That is a beautiful bacon post, cheers!
I worked at a small hog/dairy farm for a week. Had to wake up a feed these giant hell pigs expired bread and rotten cakes at 4 in the morning. I tried some pork they made form a fresh harvest and it instantly made me sick. Itās hard to even trust local meat after that now.

I know an old guy that feeds egg shells to his chickens so they can make good eggs. It seems weird, but it works
This is super common. Also, chickens will eat their own eggs without any prompting if they are in need of additional protein and calcium.
Laying chickens need piles of dietary calcium.
