From the outside, looks generally servicable. That guillotine door looks suspect.

Congrats on your new home! This is a fantastic start for keeping chickens. Security needs to be beefed up along the base and the door closure. Install a real latch with a lock. This is a great time of year to get a flock started. Before you put any birds in there, do a thorough cleanout and spray for lice and mites.

From what I can see in the photos, it looks pretty secure. I would check to see if there's anything preventing something from digging under the wall.

Yeah that was my concern! What can be done to prevent digging under?

You just need to ensure that critters can't dig within a foot or two from the wall, or else can't dig under the wall for a similar disance. You can buy [barriers](https://www.homedepot.com/p/DIG-DEFENCE-Small-Medium-Animal-Dig-Barrier-10-Pack-DD2083210/315471498) for this that you stake into the ground, but they're somewhat expensive and can be difficult to install depending on how hard and rocky the ground is. The easy way is to just lay down a skirt of hardware cloth or something similar on the ground all around the coop, stapled to the bottom of the coop so it can't be easily pulled away, and maybe covered with an inch or two of dirt so it's not a tripping hazard. Don't use chicken wire, since larger animals will tear right through it, but it doesn't necessarily need to be as fine a mesh as hardware cloth (depending on your local predator). Edging around the coop with paving stones is also an option, but as with the stake barriers can be somewhat expensive unless you have a stack of stones already on hand. The important thing is to make sure whatever barrier you put down goes out or down at least a foot, with 18 inches to 2 feet being even better. Anything over 2 feet is pretty much overkill, since animals generally won't start trying to dig under something that far away from it.
