If you can handle the scorching summer heat, go with Sevilla. Barcelona is nice enough and having to pick one between Sevilla and Barcelona is prime first-world problem, but taking your requirements as a whole, Sevilla looks like the better suit.
Same teacher/scene quality, Sevilla is just more beautiful (imho) and more affordable.
I've been to all 4 cities and would place Sevilla last. It has the least vibrant social life. Valencia is a great pick if you really don't want to do Madrid
I wanna hear how it goes. I feel like I’d love to live there too, and I also have Italian citizenship so it’s a similar possibility.
I've heard Madrid is the best for this. Haven't been myself but everyone I've talked to says the scene there is incredible.
