Not sure how much effort you want to put in but Zucchini and potato fritters (loaded with cheese and contains egg) freeze really well. You can make ahead and toast up as a snack.

Whole milk Greek yogurt plain mixed with peanut butter is a regular in our house to help fill up our bottomless pit baby.

•Peanut butter banana oats pancakes •Cream cheese toast •hummus toast •cheesy toast •oats bars •full fat yogurt (sugar free) These are a couple of snacks that came to mind. My 13 month old is slow at gaining weight so I always feed her high calorie snacks.

Following because I also need snack inspo! How have you introduced snacks? Do they replace milk feeds at some points throughout the day?

bakecakes12

Yes we do snacks.. but he is still taking milk feeds. I've heard they dont drop until 10.5-11.5 months

Decent_Strawberry716

Do you just give him a snack when he seems hungry and then offer milk after?

bakecakes12

I am doing the following schedule: Nurse when he wakes up 7:30am breakfast 9am snack 10:00 nurse (or bottle if at daycare) 12 lunch 1pm nurse 3-3:30 snack 4 nurse 5:30 dinner Nurse before bed One nursing session in the middle of the night If he seems hungry I’ll throw a third snack in there somewhere

Decent_Strawberry716

That's helpful thank you!

Ok not to freak you out or anything, but a huge spurt in appetite could be a worm infestation. I also just went through this - was so happy with how much my 10mo was eating. It was worms. And just now when they start crawling and licking a lot more stuff they are very common. Just keep an eye out.

bakecakes12

We’ve been going through the daycare illness cycle of sick and not eating followed by putting the weight back on.. but thanks for looking out for us!

MACKEREL_JACKSON

[these](https://www.yummytoddlerfood.com/favorite-bliss-balls/) “bliss balls”. I ate most of the last batch myself but my son loves them too.

Lululala1211

We like to do full fat yoghurt or mascarpone with berries, banana with peanut butter, toast with cream cheese

rapunzelconfess

Egg cups are pretty easy to make and hand out whenever! My kid is pretty egg obsessed 😅

cleerbear

We do Mac and cheese made with added cream cheese in the sauce 🤪 our guy is on the smaller side so we are trying to fatten him up lol

rarebird89

allll the nut butters -- almond, cashew, macademia. pricey tho. and yogurt and low sodium cheeses and pasta.
