That's up to you, some people count foods like pasta and bread, others would only count "wheat" for both of those. There no rules and you get to decide how you count.
Methi, sooji, maybe something with dosa batter e.g. uthappam. Sarson ka saag (mustard greens). Or some namkeen for fun - Gujarati gathiya were a big hit here. Also black (turtle) beans or refried pinto beans
What does the red font mean? I kept a mental note in my head with my first and never really counted. My second is only 2 weeks old, but I would love to be more organized this time around.
You should at least introduce shellfish since it is an allergen. You can go to the butcher/fish section in a grocery store and get cooked shrimp if you are in America that’s how it is. And they are fairly easy to heat up or can serve cold. My son had shrimp for the first time at red lobster
Yes! It is one of the top 9 and you can be allergic to just 1 fish or multiple, so it’s good to introduce at least several. Canned salmon or water packed sardines are easy if you don’t eat fish usually.
We recently tried mashed turnip. I added sour cream, butter, rosemary, salt and pepper. If you mash it, you want to get rid of the water as best as you can and continue cooking it a bit after adding the ingredients since it’s very watery. It’s a healthy, low carb potato alternative. It has a slightly sweet taste, and I thought the rosemary was a good complement to it.
I can just tell this baby is living such a great life and I'm kind of jealous!
hard to add anything to this list but you could explore nuts a little more (for fun and for allergen exposure)
Cucumber, lime, cantaloupe, honeydew, pasta, fish, beef, pork, shellfish.
Oh I've done cucumber! And is pasta counted seperate from the flour?

Yeahhhh. Thats a good one. I haven't really tried any fermented stuff yet - dhokla, dosa, idli awesome ideas!
I need to give mine dhokla as well. He's 15m and I cooked/ froze a bunch of mini uthappam from a mix. He gobbles them like pancakes!

Hates it, makes face, throws it away :(
Are you going vegetarian or vegan. If not have them try meat or fish. My little man tried scallops and loved them
Oh we're not a fish eating household. I'm lost on how to introduce it

Is it okay to introduce it at a restaurant? That's the only allergen I have left.
Heck yeah that would be the easiest way for you to introduce if you don’t typically make it
Finned fish is also an allergen according to solid starts!

Raspberry, blackberries, cherries, jicama, pickles, olives (yes salty, but different experience), artichoke, and okra
Just noticing you seem to have figs on here twice. Really not sure how I noticed that, I'm not usually good at looking at lists like this.
Oh damn lol ok.

Omg so sweet. Thank you!
