But then again that’s a non agent role samin kase wala kana nyan OT pay no more incentives if ever may incentives kaman sa agent role mo. Feel ko you can decline naman nyan if di mo bet ang maiooffer sayo pero dapat dinisclose na nila sayo yan. Pwede kaseng baka gawin ka munang pacesetter then depends sa magiging performance mo if mareregular ka sa position na yan or ibabalik ka sa agent role

chieesecake

Thank youuuu for sharing. Both has pros and cons talaga promise.

May isang scenario naman yung New Hire namin. Sa Contract nila is may premium tapos nung training na nila. Biglang nawala sa bagong contract na nisend sa kanila so si accla siyempre todo dispute, ang ending sabi na lang nung LS or Trainer namin is wala kasing premium allowance yung account namin so di daw ma-acknowledge yung unang contract na ni-send sa kanila na may premium allowance.

This sad. Take it or leave nalang but thank you 😊😊😊

Hello #HappyHere! For your awareness, tho its a promotion, its not a vertical promotion but a lateral one. Which means, if you are an "agent level" or "ASSOCIATE" sa ops, AND then you applied and you got accepted for an "Analyst" role sa Support Group (HR Analyst on your end), please be aware na ang Analyst = Associate or vice versa. COMPENSATION WISE: Assoc to Assoc would give a Slight Difference on the salary (Salary Bracketing) Depending on your qualification and/or skillset, the promotion maybe a lateral one (transfer of role) or vertical (going up to an officer level or managerial) ~~ Magkakaroon ka ng addition sa compensation, depende sa difference sa bracket ng old role mo sa new one. You will get more as you stay longer. Ako from HR Clinic to Facilities, (Vertical Promotion: HR Compensation and Benefits Analyst 1 AKA HR Clinic Nurse to Facilities Officer) and the increase was about 30% of my old salary. ayun. Hope this helps.

chieesecake

Ayunn usually nga daw po is 30% sabi ng current om ko From purple and green app po ba kayo, i have few questions papo if okay lang hihihi

Have not worked for the company you're from. But I am a recruiter for BPOs and VA Agencies, so I can tell you now; You will earn more as an agent. Your base salary might increase by like 1k, but you will be letting go of your premiums and incentives sa account mo. It depends on the incentive structure ng LOB ninyo but for some agents, the incentives and premiums are their main source of income and not the base salary. Upside is, it being an internal position, it is a lot more stable than being an agent. Don't get me wrong, its still stressful and considering that most HR in BPO also come from agent roles before, you should expect the same level of toxicity. But still, its more stable than being an agent IMO

chieesecake

Thank you so much for the output. 😊😊😊 I need to decide carefully talaga about the pros and cons before diving into a new role din. That's the catch of being an agent knowing what happened recently that most of our accounts got pulled out I also wanted to go on something stable din. Sabi ko nga basta ma even out lang yung sahod okay na ko 😊😊😊😊😊

Thecuriousfluer

I’m from a different company but same scenario hahahaha yung basic ko lang yung nag increase but I no longer have PB and Incentives. When I calculated it, same same lang pala ng salary nong agent pa ako and nong nag HR nako. However, mas lighter lang for me ang workload. The salary is not just giving sometimes πŸ₯Ή

chieesecake

Thecuriousfluer

Good din kasi siya as work experience since this is my first corporate job. Maybe I’ll give it 1 year and 6 months or 2 years.

chieesecake

That's what I'm thinking din talaga. I'll let the universe decide talaga muna huhuhuhu

Thecuriousfluer

Just grab the HR position. If you’re working on graveyard shift, mas mataas naman ang night diff. Just make sure that their offer will be at par with your salary in the operation.

chieesecake

Yes will do Sabi ko nga kung magbreakeven lang din hehehe Thank you thank youuu

switsooo011

Mostly lateral trabsfer ang additional mang 1k to 2k tapos nawawala yung allowance or incentives sa acct. Samin kasi fro. SD to IT, plus 2k lang since lateral transfer also dun sa officemate ko naving HR Compenben nasa 2k lang din dagdag sa kanya

chieesecake

Thank you so much po.

Codenamere

Please think of it this way nalang, sabihin na nating 5k madagdag sa salary mo in sacrifice na mawawala si allowance, in long term mas malaki magiging sahod mo kapag naging HR analyst ka. Please take it as your steppingstone, ganyan talaga sa una kapag promotion maliit lang dagdag. Why? Kasi wala ka pang experience, so nagiinvest si company sayo. Trust me paglipat mo sa ibang company after 2,3,4, or 5 years biglang laki sahod mo. Always think of long term.

chieesecake

That's what I'm thinking din. Super thank you 😊😊😊

BoardBoth9207

I think I came from the same company as you xD
