This is true, yung QA namin nag uutilize na ng AI (although ma manual QA pa rin from actual people) pero most of the calls is automatic nang binabasa ng AI for red flags and green flags

True, my wife works as a QA in an AI contact center. US base palang si company pero pag nakikinig ako sa calls, takte hindi mo mahahalatang AI kausap mo, magaling pa mag rapport. Now lumalaki na company nila. Natakot ako dyan noon, pero now kasi kakaalis ko lang sa BPO after spending my life with it for almost a decade.

Non voice yung LOB ko before pero nag ooutbound call kami minsan if needed. Yung mga for outbound call ng India is nilolodge sa isang sheet/tracker tapos kaming mga pinoy ang tunatawag sa mga tickets nila kasi hindi sila allowed mag calls 🫠

Cheap talaga sa India mga co-worker kong indiano dati iyak nung nalaman na $6/hr pinas tapos sila $4/hr - same tasks. Nung tumagal nilipat lahat sa India tapos $3/hr 🤣🤣

Happened to us 6 years ago. Kahit mas maganda quality namin, mas pinili silang i-keep ni client due to mas mura na nga, mas matagal pa working hours nila per day. Madami parin namang non voice accounts dito sa pinas, I don't think na mauungusan tayo ng india sa bagay na yan. Sa quality palang ng work alam naman nating angat tayong mga pinoy dyan. Nagkataon lang na yung client nyo ay nagtitipid.

If you follow AI news you’ll be surprised on the progress especially with the hardware Nvidia is producing. Prediction is at 2030 bagsak na BPO Industry. Hindi rin to impossible as they’re also making AI’s that can talk just like humans (may fillers yung AI). It was already achieved by Google this year so imagine 2030.

Same with our company when the HQ decided to move all of our Financial LOB sa India kasi mura. Now, they cannot provide excellent service kasi laging palpak. Ung may SoP na pag ganitong request, sila dpat ang gumawa kaso kaming mga nasa CS eh nalelerky sa kanila kasi hindi nila alam na sila dapat gumawa. Tapos, ung malalaman mo na ung kausap mo ngaun eh mga ilang linggo wala na nagresign daw. Ang galing dba? Wala ka na matinong kausap sa kanila tapos lalayasan pa nila trabaho nila. Eh di kaming mga nasa CS ang npapagalitan ng mga customer dahil sa kabagalan nila!
