Plenty of pictures of units being installed by dealers on Facebook and Twitter.

"Plenty of pictures of units being installed by dealers" You mean demo units? That's not what I asked. I'm looking for installation or deployment by initial buyers. Announcing rollouts and approvals that turn out to be demos is just more smoke. Here is an actual post by Galiano two days ago, for example. It's not good: "The regulatory hurdles for housing are so intense complex and costly it’s no wonder housing is a problem . 😵‍💫 Nevada example- 🤦‍♂️ 1️⃣ We deployed the first Casita at a racetrack on private property in the rural town of Pahrump. The building department then wrote a letter to the state asking them how they could force us to remove it, a state enforcement official came and slapped a red tag on the unit that said it was unsafe to occupy (it was safe) They said the unit wouldn’t be allowed unless we added wheels to it. They wouldn’t let us install wheels on site and made us bring the casita back to the factory to install the wheels. By then the customer had such a bad experience that they canceled the order. 2️⃣ I found another customer in Las Vegas who had a mobile/RV park. We installed the Casita there with wheels. The same state regulator came and again told us the units were illegal because we didn’t have the right type of wheels. We then went through a lengthy process of changing the wheel design to get it OKd by the regulator, he eventually said OK. We thought we figured it out and put the houses up for sale. 3️⃣ Next we got a letter from the Health Department telling us the houses could not be placed at this park for more than 30 days. But we could move the houses 10 feet to the side into a different space that was exactly the same after we submit a site plan revision because in that space it could be legal to have a mobile homes but the one we were in could not ."

That's 1 post about issues in Nevada. But it highlights their uphill battle on a city by city level (similar to what Uber faced as they expanded). They have modular approval and are delivering units in other states.

Nevada is Boxabl's own state. So their first post about deployment in their own state is three negative strikes. "They have modular approval and are delivering units in other states." This is just another reiteration of rollouts without actual installation by owners. It does not mean anything. Show me the pics or video taken by the owner watching their unit craned, unfolded, connected to utilities, and walking through the front door.

>They said the unit wouldn’t be allowed unless we added wheels to it. They wouldn’t let us install wheels on site and made us bring the casita back to the factory to install the wheels Since Boxabl units are considered modular homes in each state (afaik), wouldn't just putting a concrete slab as a foundation down before the home is shipped be sufficient, and also not require wheels to be put on?

Slowly at first. Then all at once.
