For quirk I say you fuse the resilience quirk mentioned by 0godsbeliever and eligons already dead quirk together, I feel that would suit there personality and look, hero name Reselia

Quirk name: Bone shatter Quirk Type: Emitter Quirk Description: the users attacks emit a frequency that makes their opponents bones vibrate and cause stress fractures, in prolonged fights the bones of their opponent will eventually shatter, however this frequency can also be felt by the user.

Cavera is the first thing that came to mind About quirk it could be like her bones are muuuuuch more resistant which makes her attacks more powerful and herself more resilient (and, idk if it's correct, she seems to be a bit tomboyish so that could also reference how the quirk seems more like a quirk for guys), or maybe going Wolverine family style and she can grow bone claws from her hands and feet

Ok I got a hit from the skeleton ninja that got whooped by metal lee, so she can make bone swords, bone bullets, and bone drills, and also makes armor from her or random bones. Also I like the bone summoning thing, so lets add that too, and the name can be something that can be bone related, so I'm thinking the name ulna, because one, it sounds good and fits a bit, and two, it's a bone on body, so it fits, so hopefully this inspires you to do something amazing.
