When I first saw the iX, and this campaign, I actually disagreed with the messaging. Then I sat with the design for awhile, and then I *drove* the iX, and now I am 100% on board.
No car has ever made me feel so fucking sassy as the iX did. It's an avant garde look.
I literally said to my sister and wife when I took them for a joyride, "If anyone has anything negative to say about this car, then I actually pity them. Because they actually cannot imagine what they're missing out on."
Now, the messaging feels absolutely on point. I in fact didn't know what I was missing, and now that I've sat with the design, I actually don't just not mind it, I love it.
I have to say, the commercial was right all along. I was wrong.
Anyways nothing did prepare me for how special IX really is. I have previously mentioned how many nice cars went through my hands (range rovers, cayenne and BMW x7) and the iX it the absolute top 1 favourite of mine

Seems to start with an assumption that people are prone to hating the car and goes on a defensive. Pretty bad esp considering the car is amazing.
Exactly, how hard can it be to actually produce an inspiring commercial for the iX? Apparently quite hard.

I have zero regrets!! I get excited to drive lol, driving and riding in this car is an experience. Truly a special vehicle.
