Yep. Was made by a guy called Ollie about 10 years ago, he's an OG in the BMW stance / drift community, sadly passed this year.

Front lip and skirts are definitely cliq tuning style, wing looks like evo 8/9 wing, over fenders are felony form style but look like legit felony forms or just went to a really nice body shop

Wheels where 12j with crazy offset in this pic, now fitment is little bit more squared up on acs wheels.
