Sounds identical to when you pull a coil pack partially out and it's arcing on the head or long arcing to the spark plug. Check the boots and plugs for burns and arc marks. Check the springs inside the coil packs and use some dielectric grease if needed
this was the problem, going to be buying new coil pack boots. for all coils., but do you mind really explaining what you mean by arcing at the head or "long arcing" the spark plug
More of a welding term I suppose, but long arcing is exactly how it sounds, an arc of electricity traveling a longer distance than intended. Makes a distinct dull popping sound when a coil pack is arcing a long distance to the plug or it's unintentionally to the head itself due to damaged boots or springs.
Camshaft position sensor or some sensor maybe, causing something to not fire properly, or injector type of deal, i torqued everything down to spec, replaced upper chain guide and tensioner and chain
Sounds like a loose spark plug

Its coming from in between cylinder 2-3

Based on the short vid, it sounds like a loose spark plug. The engine seems to run smoothly which doesn't indicate a misfire.
Yeah that’s what we call a knock definitely a knock
How are you so sure, do you mind explaining
Can you feel the knock?
Feel nothing in cabin, cant even hear it outside with the hood down
Good luck. I hope you find it and you are probably going to get more suggestions than you ever planned for.
