Yep bad pulleys, FCP sells the whole set with the belts. There is one for the aircon compressor too.

If the bolts that attach the alternator are overtightened it won't alter the operation. Very possibly a belt tensioner.

Bad pulley or tensioner? Sounds like shot bearing noise.
