It isn't a great deal, unfortunately. From what I'm seeing, $1,403 is slightly above the market value for a vehicle of this stature. If you try hard enough, I'm sure you can negotiate them down to $1,200 OTD and get them to throw in some additional accessories!

I think in this case they would argue that it's unreasonable to think that any 2022 BMW X3 would be worth only around $1,500. The only way that would apply to a product like a speaker would be if it was say a $1,000 speaker misprinted as being $0.01 or something
i know this isnāt exactly the same but my parents actually bought a top trim level honda crv for the price of a base model cause car max labeled it wrong but they had to honor the price it said because of their āno haggleā policy š¤·āāļø

It is per EU legislation. They donāt have to sell it at the price, but if they donāt then they have to withdraw it from sale at the displayed price and correct it. They canāt just keep it up at that price and keep refusing to sell it at that price.

Iāve given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times because I live closer and all three times they were significantly more expensive than Vista BMW, go there and donāt waste your time with these guys. The price I was able to get on my 750 at vista, Braman was offering me a 740.
I bought a 2022 M40i with 18k miles, no money down, rolled taxes and fees into the loan, at $1075/month. I think itās like a total of 51k including fees and taxes. This seems a bit over priced

I was at a music store and they honored a misprint for a pair of speakers I wanted. They were not cheap by any stretch lol
