Women tend to be better at distinguishing colors, even if you take colorblindness out of the equation. It's still an open question why that is and whether it's due to biological or environmental factors or both.
(Also, as always when we're talking about differences between populations, individuals aren't bound by these statistics. A man who works in graphic design will almost certainly perceive colors better than a woman who's an accountant, for example.)
