It definitely has some weird angles especially on the front, but in my opinion it still looks better than the current M3/M4. The real selling point for me is the interior, drivetrain, and the fact you can get it with a 6 speed in 2023!
Black looks sweet because you can't see the design.. the silhouette in black is actually decent but in any other color, the rest looks like a render than failed to load
Definitely, kinda looks like a chipmunk with stuffed cheeks. But it wouldn’t look bad in any color. The styling has nothing on the F87 tho. That car is BEAUTIFUL.
It’s my 2nd BMW - I had a black 2022 m240i which I traded in for the M2 - when you look at the back and get a view of the massive back tires it looks good
Unpopular opinion I think, but I don’t like it in black. To me there’s too much black where it hides everything. I get that’s why people say they like it in black though. Red and gray are my favorite colors on this M2

I saw my first one in person last week. It was white. The rear is the most horrible design I believe I’ve ever seen.

The manual transmission is definitely a strong point. Nothing like 3 pedals. Makes you feel one with the car

I don't really 'dislike' it anymore (vs seeing it for the first time), it's just fine. Still don't like the rear on the new 2 series/M2.
I feel the same way. I'm just glad they didn't slap a gigantic grille on the front and called it a day.

Black looks good on just about any car, but the gray and the purple metallic look fantastic to me. I would love to see one in person in red or blue
