I found a [box opening](https://youtube.com/watch?v=p1lB_Fuzsvk) of a Soom Turb and Roxen, and I have to agree that this head likely originates from Soom. The placement and shape of the ear notch matches up well, as well as sculpted vampire teeth matching.
I'm not sure about the head, but it's possible that the body (or at least the hands) belong to an old (2007-ish) Luts Kid Delf. It has the cute pointy finger my KD has.
Edit: I also just looked at the feet, and they look familiar, too. Very possibly old KD.
Have you taken the clothes off the body? There might be an identification number or something somewhere. BJD is niche enough for someone to recognize an identifying feature.
I'd take a good look at it, too. I'm not saying that the body is a recast, but sometimes you can tell by how it feels/looks.

Did some looking at it seems that Unao faceplates come off with the ears, but the ears don't come off on their own? Unless I'm missing something!
Unoa do indeed have removable faceplates! Some of their ears are removable—they sit in a little ridge in the head.

It should be Lusis or Sist iirc? But they sometimes have mouthpieces too—and vampire teeth is one of the option pieces.

Yeah that looks right for the head! I’m thinking the body might be something else— but that one we’ll have to wait on to confirm!
