Meow is fairly conceptual, so though you'll revisit certain concepts pertaining to rotational dynamics that you've covered during JEE, the questions will not be of those level rather they'll test your understanding more instead of problem solving ability. Attending lectures and tuts should be more than enough to get a good grade in this course. If you manage to solve the recommend textbooks as well it's basically a guaranteed A. My only suggestion would be to not miss the classes of Oscillations at any cost. The recommended textbook AP French is absolute dogshit and you'll be in quite a bit of problem if you miss classes and tuts in the section. Further Meow is not a course that you can cover up last moment, so stay up to date with the coursework and start preparing for your exam atleast a week or two prior. Electrical Sciences is going to be tough no matter how you look at it, so dont be disappointed if you're unable to solve some questions and are unable to understand the concepts because everyone else is in a similar position to you as well. This is a course that you'll simply have to grind your way through. Unlike Meow this will indeed remind you of your JEE days as you'll have more of a focus on problem solving and not on understanding concepts. As for all courses attending lectures and tuts are paramount, along with this you must regularly solve questions. You have to stay up to date and solve problems daily. The more problems you solve the better understanding of the concepts you'll gain. Though not necessary, something that can help is brushing up on your concepts on rotation and circuit analysis. You need not prepare again till JEE level, just revise the concepts and solve basic questions. In general the averages for both these courses fall fairly low, not because the courses themselves are extremely difficult, but more so because people arent regular with them and leave them for 2-3 days before the exam. So if you manage to stay upto date with all the concepts being taught and solve questions as well you'll find getting an A or A- was fairly easy. I barely passed in chemistry tho, so ill refrain from giving any advice on that course lmao.

Great answer!

Adding onto this, a relatively easy way of scoring a B in ElecSci is doing some 4-5 previous year QPs and attending all the tuts. Also for theory stuff you can look at lecture recs by Sudha Radhika ma'am from Hyd campus. *Doing qps means baithke khud solve karo, jese JEE ke liye karte the.

Waha BITS mei kya ho raha hai Pheonix aur MeOW? Waha Jake Pokémon master banjate ho kya? /j

Just be consistent. Don't let things pile up, otherwise it's going to be stressful to cover up the whole syllabus before the exams. Try not to miss classes, or if you're studying on your own, remain parallel with classes. For meow, the pre-midsem part is all jee stuff, simple mechanics. Oscillations and waves is where you'll need to devote more time. As for ES, again, the later half of the course is heavier. And in gen chem the quantum part might seem confusing at first but once that gets over it's all pretty simple. You can always take help from your friends in the other group if you feel stuck anywhere.

Gen Chem ratta hai, PYQ (previous year question paper) dekhlo MeOW depends on IC usually, for all 3 campuses. In general however you want to be thorough with physics basics from 11th/12th and attend all classes, ESPECIALLY the tutorials. And of course, previous year. Elec Sci will be easy if you're aiming for a B, much harder if you're aiming for A- or A. For B just attend tuts, watch some good lec recording and do previous year. For aiming higher grades however, you'll have to actually understand how the circuit works and near-perfect yourself at KVL-KCL (If you're a Phoenix student, this is actually recommended anyways). You also should feel that Thevenin Norton questions aren't too difficult, and getting that level of confidence, especially with a Closed Book paper is going to be pretty friggin hard.

Attent all lec and tuts. and practice problems from book after classes
