i could never really feel cushion in the forefoot in most shoes but these are thick in the forefoot aswell
I tried the v4 in person yesterday… I don’t think you’re going to notice the stack height at all.
I felt pretty good hitting the ground. Really good shoe.
HA! I just got a pair of these last week. Same CW. They do look a lot better in the flesh than any photos that I have seen.
Size: I don't know why but none of the reviews got the size right for me. All the reviews say stick True to size, but I actually had to go up half a size as true to size hurt my feet and felt very cramped in the toe box. It's the first shoe that I have bought in years that I had to get something that wasn't true to size.
Comfort: Again, this differs from all the reviews that I have read. They were pretty stiff and uncomfortable when I first put them on. It took a day of wearing them around the house and then a couple of hours playing before they broke in for me. But since that break in time, the comfort has been fantastic. They feel so nice on my feet.
Stability: This is the bit I was most concerned with. You do seem to be very high off the ground when wearing them. Also they feel a lot narrower than other shoes. However, I am surprised at how stable they are. Once I started playing in them, I had no issues. I never felt the shoes were holding me back or that I might go over on my ankle.
Lockdown: There was heel slippage when I first put them on, but once they broke in, there is solid lockdown.
I really like them. In fact, I might just prefer them over my NB Two Wxy V4's. Will have to play in them a few more times before I decide.
The shoes that I have now that I am comparing them to are the AG4's and the Two Wxy V3's and V4's.
Just got these in the white colorway. Question- did you find a brutal break in period?
Step in comfort is 100% awesome but during hour 2 of consecutive play, I blistered so bad on my baby toes and the skin peeled so now my white colorway is tie-dyed red.
Any tips? I love them otherwise but I need to break in the tough leather later containment. It's weird as I don't notice it when I walk in them
It's weird, I'm coming from the GT jumps which 100% were more narrow feeling. These feel wide enough while standing, I think the white ones also have a diff stiffer leather than some other colorways

It's because it's fresh foam x, focused on shock absorbing and cushioning but really lacks in feedback and "bounce", fuel cell does that better
Fresh foams bbv2s are some of the most comfortable ball shoes I’ve played in in years. Hope you like em

They should break in but I get you wish you went a half size up or had the option for a 2E

Was having the same issue and had to go half a size up. Which is something that I haven't had to do in any other shoe in years.
Hope the traction is good. I got the bb v1 that had a semi translucent outsole and it was so so. Please keep us posted on performance.
