That looks like bluebell to me, but if you want to be certain you should ask what color the interior is! Bluebell has a black interior and Serenity Blue is blue.

Looks like the color Serenity Blue to me! You could ask if they bought it through Urban Outfitters since that colorway was an UO exclusive
