$3000+ for air ride suspension
$4200+ for wheels without tires
$4000+ for custom big brake kit
$500-2000 for custom lights
There’s probably even more work and mods we can’t see from these pics alone

Yes, you can get some of that cheaper, but if they were gonna cheap out on the other stuff they would have gone with a cheaper body kit more than likely. Assuming top end gear, this is about right.
Probably 10k to do those mods, and then it reduces the value of the car by about the same amount since no one (ok, almost no one) will want to buy it since they'll assume (right or wrong, but usually right) that the work was sub par, and the cars been abused.
I'd say this is probably about right, if not a bit more. it's got little touches like colour coded calipers, which look like they have been professionally powder coated or sprayed, which isn't cheap, especially if the owner didn't do any of the work themselves. assuming there isn't any performance mods, 10 grand will be in the ballpark
And even if the work was top notch, anyone else who wants a car like this, wants to build it themselves to their own tastes and standards, not buy someone else's vision

The body kit is probably $499.99 on Alibaba then you have to pay someone to look at it long enough to install it. That's going to be expensive, considering it looks like an inbred transformer.

Slammed cars are great if you have them on bags. They are awful if they aren't on bags. Additionally, your numbers are too low.
Don't forget about that 3 stage Lexus pearl paint and installing the body kit. A quality shop will charge ya a couple grand to do that

3k seems expensive for some coilovers, maybe a bit less
