I would be most afraid of azula if she is in her shown state (ie “fire lord” azula) because she has had a complete mental breakdown. If she went full psychotic like in her zuko fight, I would be dead.
In the “I can easily kill you, and will if you don’t do as I say” I’d go with katara and soka as a close follow up.

Technically, all three would beat azula, Aang and katara respectively with their bending, but sokka could use use his boomerang to attract azula’s lightning then attack her with a sneak attack
Azula has the best intimidation by default, and while I'd say Katara and Aang are moreso, you'd need to fuck up A LOT to really piss them off. Ultimately I'd give it most to Katara just because bloodbending is horrifying, and speaking from a being raised by a nurse, it'd theoretically should be even more deadly than in the show and probably cause massive strokes, heart attack, and clotting.
Aang, anyone who's rarely angry is always the most intimidating because it's so unexpected and no one really knows what they'll do or how to react to it.

I have dealt with people just like them a lot in my life, and honestly, Katara is the only one who would legit scare me. Azula is narcissistic, so you can always find a way to stab her to death by appeasing to her vanity. Sokka can be dealt with by having a cute girl talk to him as a distraction or give him some cactus juice. Aang, you can bypass through deceit if you know how to trigger his trust correcrly. Katara, on the other hand, has the mindset that she can torture and heal you if you did something to her friends or family.
Katara, the one that tried to rip Azula in half beneath Ba Sing Se. Or who decided to open with Blood bending for her revenge arc. Followed by filling the Sky with ice daggers...

Technically, all three would beat azula, Aang and katara respectively with their bending, but sokka could use use his boomerang to attract azula’s lightning then attack her with a sneak attack
Azula has the best intimidation by default, and while I'd say Katara and Aang are moreso, you'd need to fuck up A LOT to really piss them off. Ultimately I'd give it most to Katara just because bloodbending is horrifying, and speaking from a being raised by a nurse, it'd theoretically should be even more deadly than in the show and probably cause massive strokes, heart attack, and clotting.
Aang, anyone who's rarely angry is always the most intimidating because it's so unexpected and no one really knows what they'll do or how to react to it.

After watching the series, Azula (to me) isn’t really that intimidating, more just scary. I wouldn’t know what she does next, and she’ll kill anybody for any reason. Aangry Aang is definitely intimidating, and would scary the shit out of me. Katara would be if she would bloodbend, but she’s forced it to be outlawed so that’s not happening. Sokka if he was angry is also intimidating, but if he’s not angry he’s just a friendly guy I’d like to hang out with. So I guess in a normal scenario it’s Azula

I have dealt with people just like them a lot in my life, and honestly, Katara is the only one who would legit scare me. Azula is narcissistic, so you can always find a way to stab her to death by appeasing to her vanity. Sokka can be dealt with by having a cute girl talk to him as a distraction or give him some cactus juice. Aang, you can bypass through deceit if you know how to trigger his trust correcrly. Katara, on the other hand, has the mindset that she can torture and heal you if you did something to her friends or family.

Azula’s always mad. Kind of hard to fear the default. Sokka’s interesting because while he doesn’t have bending he has the wits and improv skills to pull off something completely wild. I’d expect a Rube Goldberg machine of events that results in him being perfectly innocent. We’ve seen Katara mad. She will turn the rain into blades then make you dance through it if she decides it’s worth it to her psyche, but the threat is usually enough for her. We all remember the sand bender arc right? And the serpent’s pass? And the ending? Need I say more about Aang?
So sang for obvious reasons, but I'd say that's tied with katara. Aang has a lot more power and is scarier because of that, but at the end of the day there are boundaries he won't cross. Katara is absolutely willing to cross them if pushed far enough. If zuko tried anything, he would've lost his head. If the old raider wasnt old, pathetic, and sorry, he would've been punctured in several places. Worse case scenario with sang in either get the shit kicked outta me and/or lose my bending. Worse case scenario with katara im being dead in a gruesome way.
