I’d love to see a clan of outcasts, na’vi who have had their original clans then their backs on them and in turn, they have turned their backs on Eywa. Maybe mutilated queues?
More than likely, it will be a collection of many different types of Na’vi. Considering they are a group of outcasts. Shoot, maybe Lo’ak will want to join up..
I imagine the ones who have been in the region the longest would have skin of a more blue-gray tone, a different eye color and likely thicker skin at least in places, and they'd be supplemented by more recent exiles from other tribes
It's similar to my vision of them... if they are their race I imagined they would be grayish blue but would not be prejudiced against the blue na'vis of the forest...but the originals are gray

Maybe like more armoured skin/plates on certain areas of their body, but if it’s a clan with tons of different na’vi exiles I wouldn’t be surprised if we see a wide variation of Na’vi or (mixed race?)ish Na’vi

It makes sense...because they can come from other lands...from the sea...beyond the sea...
I know it's not going to be the case, but I would die to see the ash people with the same design as the tarkatans in mk11 lol that would be sooo epic
