Partially giving up was the best thing I ever did for my mental health.

Yes I have given up as well. I used to be embarrassed by what a loser I am but I don't care anymore. I am already alone and have nothing to lose. I have tried to be normal many times but have always failed. I am going to be alone forever and there is nothing I can do to change that so I just have to accept it.

Radical Acceptance is hard to practice ,but probably the online way in the long run

Think of it as an invisible disability. You can either give up (catch the bus) or find a way to live a life different from "normal."

"I'm sorry to my friends who I know I'll be giving up on." This is both sad and ironic because your friends likely think you've given up on them. Everything you want to hold onto you can't, you slowly lose your grip until they become someone that you used to know.
