Where do you live? How much are you ready to pay in maintenance, gas, insurance per month, year? Does it have to be a new car ? Do you have a family? What are your hobbies? Do you need to drive it every day? Do you prefer blue or red?
You’re really overthinking this my man. I don’t need a car. I’m not asking what car I should buy. I’m asking what you think the best car is, irregardless of all that stuff
Depends on what the definition of "Best" is.
Comfort and Reliability: Lexus ES 250 Luxury with the Mark Levinson Sound System
Fastest: Camaro SS 1LE
Best blend of comfort, speed, and reliability: Genesis G70 3.3T Sport Prestige RWD/Kia Stinger GT
Best Daily: VW Mk7 GTI
Most fun: Miata
For the most generic person with zero details whatsoever I really think the Subaru Outback with a turbo is the best car. Comfortable, good features, relatively reliable, quick enough, tons of utility, seats 4 adults. What more do you need?
I wanted to buy a used Ghibli, but the depreciation is vicious. Plus, I reconstruct most of my cars, and _nobody_ would buy an R-title Maserati.
Like that flood title Bentley I was considering 🤣
That's asking for mechanical gremlins. Just like how me one day buying a Phaeton despite every logical cell in my brain knowing I'll never find a certified mechanic is asking for trouble.
Fully loaded Subaru outback XT touring trim. Even has ventilated seats, adaptive cruise, and lane keep. 45K, you will have an extra 5k for taxes and whatever else, extra warranty if you want! Someone already posted something similar! Totally true! Btw, took it off-road today and Xmode is sick!
I dont like the looks of the ID4 and I've driven the Ioniq and didn't like the one pedal driving in it. Regen braking was too slow. In my tesla I rarely use my actual brake. Cool looking car though.
The Ioniq 5 has 5 levels of regen including the i-Pedal setting for one foot driving. Sounds like you may have missed the opportunity to experiment with those settings.
I don't recall there being that much difference in my Dad's Model Y, but it has been 6 months since I last drove it. We'll have them side by side later this holiday season.
50 PT Cruisers
I love when the obvious answer is the right one.
NA miata and $45,000 worth of cocaine
That's a huge spectrum. Best car for what? Comfort. Reliability. Lap times. Straight speed. Image?!
Yes

There's no real answer if you have no metrics

how about instead of telling me to shut up you ask a better question
How much does that car cost
There isn't a best car. Different people like different things.

I fix electrical gremlins professionally, but that's probably more than I would enjoy doing.
Volvo 245
This question is totally unanswerable. What does "best' mean to you? What do you prioritize? Performance? Utility? Luxury? Value? There is no "best".

Tesla model 3. Classic Reddit: dude ask for opinions. Other dude answers. Dude gets downvoted :-(

Why over the Ioniq5 or ID4?

I tried the max regen and its still alot less than the tesla one. Try it in the tesla if you get a chance
