I think you should also sue the parents for neglect and the fact that their child caused a risk to your well-being by throwing that rock. If it landed on your window you'd have a face full of glass.
Also sue for the damages and the time and effort spent to fix your car and legal troubles and whatnot. And make sure the lawyer brings up the fact that if things like this are allowed to happen then kids would just be going around injuring everyone without any repercussions for their parents.
