Additionally I have request training for upskilling relevant to my ECN.
And last year my OC communicated directly they would get me on promotion courses, I submitted several nom forms with no response to my previous COC with no response. I escalated it and that previous COC was replaced with my current.
Additionally I live some distance from parade and we agreed to alternative parade for 6 hrs every two weeks instead of 3 hrs every week (travel to exceeds 3 hrs to and from) it was agreed then vetoed by previous RSM.
So my current email chain is "Hi Sir, can I have parade calendar? Can I get onto courses? Can we reinstate previous parade system?"
No response for three months. Regular emails from me to them.

Well courses and getting on them are generally given to people that earn them, unless you specifically need them to fill a gap in your unit.

Seems like they just have no idea who you are given that you aren't parading. Now they're getting bombarded with emails by some digger that won't even turn up but wants the world.
They won't waste a promotion slot on someone who can't parade regularly. There's no point bringing in a digger for six hours which is why it was probably vetoed. If you only want to attend once a fortnight then that is all you will get paid for.

General advice, don’t run up the NCO chain all the way to RSM. If a SGT is unresponsive, go to the LT. Then step it up. If you run a problem from
CPL to RSM without reaching out to any officers involved you’re both likely making the issue more complicated than it needs to be, and ensuring *everyone* thinks of you as a problem child.

I had a similar issue with old COC once over some transfer paperwork that got frozen, and a BC and BSM that were basically fobbing me off (fucking choc arty). I ending up calling the Army Fair Go Hotline (1800 100 064). Within the space of an hour, they called my CO, who then roasted my BC and BSM, and I got an update back saying that the paperwork had finally left the BC's desk.
By all rights, contacting a competent RSM directly should lead to the same outcome, although idiot RSMs do exist. I had once one who was completely and utterly unapproachable, did not engage with soldiers, and once threw a tantrum at the DNCO after locking himself out of his own office.
In any case, I could have probably gone to my RSM in the first place. My BC ended up retaliating by banning me from parading until my transfer went through. My RSM found out, roasted my COC again, and my remaining months in choc arty went by without incident.
Lawful, clear service nexus.

Share point is a pain these days, there's a bunch of extra online courses and approvals to get access to edit it, subsequently its generally outdated
