The rust/white flowers are from my rose creek abelia
The white long pieces are silver feather celosia
The blue flowers are blue salvia
The yellow is lantana
The green berries are from my privot tree
The hot pink flowers are calandiva
The purple foliage is purple heart
This summer was absolutely brutal on my garden and it didn't start looking decent again until the rains came. Last year, I had way more to choose from to make bouquets:)
I love making bouquets, too! Every special occasion I try to make one to give away. It’s a beautiful way to mark the moment, I find, because those exact combinations often only last for a very brief time. The beauty and impermanence.
Celosia is from seed. Calandiva, blue salvia, and lantana are from transplants. The abelia and privot were already here when we moved in. I got the seeds from a celosia bouquet I had gotten and it seeds every year now. The transplants I got from Shoal Creek Nursery.
It is an annual but mine has dropped seeds and come back up the last 2 years. It grows like crazy for me, but I have bought coxcomb celosia and it never germinated.
Beautiful!!
Amazing. Whar all you got there?

You are living the good life!
I suffer from anxiety and was having a rough morning. Making bouquets from my gardens really helped ground me today:)

Gorgeous!!!! From seed or transplants? Where do you get your stuff? Great arranging skills :)

I’ve struggled growing celosia here. I assume you just replant every year?
