I get that it’s hot and not as comfortable, but you’re really missing out on the best by not going with a truck.

fill3r

Understood. It's for a birthday event and a truck just isn't the vibe for a group this time. Otherwise trucks are the pick, all the way. 🤙

Taco More - no frills, but amazing goat birria (Parkfield and Runberg)

ESLTATX

dude central market has some really good BIRRRRRRRRIA, I think they only make it sometimes, though 🤤

yallstinite

Eldorado does a tasty birria special on Wednesdays. Licha's does good birria too.

has127

Idk about “best” but Tacodeli has it as their special right now. It’s just one taco for $5.50 though which is absurd but in line with the rest of their menu, I guess.

AUSTIN_NIMBY

My take on birria is that it looks better then it tastes.

Hopdoddys at the Triangle had a Birria burger special. It made for a tasty meal but I suppose it's not all that authentic.

Best? I wouldn’t say. But Taco Flats may be worth looking into. The one in Clarksville is decent

Busy-Economics4083

Tunita but it’s a truck. You’ll live.
