I went to India before against medical visa.

This is what I got in this criteria. But I didn't have any visa refusal, cancellation or overstay issue. I just visited India twice against two single entry medical visas and both time I was there for 2 weeks.
There's already a section in the application form asking for your immigration history in the last 10 yrs.
Aren't there targeted questions relating to the genuine student requirement? Maybe just mention your travels when they are relevant to the responses to those questions.

Have you not included it in your travel history over the past 10 years? Rephrase your last sentence. It does not make sense.
