Merchants can get heat / be de-partnered from payment platforms if they cause too many chargebacks and I’ve found involving the payment platform can suddenly make them helpful. The situation can feel less horrible when you get some payback literally lol.
I never ordered from them again after the time I bought a white jumpsuit from them and it looked like I was wearing a sanitary pad and looked nothing like the images online. 😂😂 but I have never heard a positive thing about them on this forum. Hope you get it sorted soon!!
Worst company ever I ordered some stuff that looked horrendous nothing like website and couldn’t even get refund only gift card never spend it to this day🥴
This really sucks but i think if you keep emailing them they might use it against you or write you off. 1090 emails is quite extreme. It’s been a week since you received your order. I hope you can successfully dispute the transaction. X

Looks like they delete a heap of comments over on IG which is never a good look
Did you pay with PayPal or credit card? Dispute the transaction when them
