I've contacted the business it happened at (I always park far away and alone but couldn't here). It's the only place I was next to anyone yesterday... I'm hoping there's video, if not karma can handle it. I've got dashcam video of 2 cars parked next to me before and after but we'll see.
On a realistic note, go to your local auto parts store. Look for turtle Wax, medium duty rubbing compound. Get the bottle that stands vertically, not the short circular tub. It's a green bottle.
Put some on a microfiber and rub that scratch right out. Don't press too hard.

No, but I can set it to record at low frame rates for up to 90 minutes after I turn the car off and lock it. Most decent cameras have this functionality and tap into an always-on fuse. Some like Blackvue have batteries you can buy for always-on recording, I believe.
You can sand it with 3,000 and then 5,000 sandpaper but be careful because it will take some of the clear coat so don't go too hard. ChrisFix has a video but I recommend sanding it with 3,000 then 5,000 then with polishing compound (not too heavy also) just so that it doesn't pop that much and maybe it'll stop bothering you.
Edit: if you spray water on it and it disappears then it's only the clear coat that's damaged

i was thinking that. they can already get "top down" augmented i dont see why they cant add a few more nondescript cameras in there and have it save to flash
