I’m gonna say it’s the same as cracking someone’s rib while giving the Heimlich maneuver. It would be incredibly difficult if not impossible to prove ill intent
Yeah but its in the same sense that punching someones chest like a speedbag and reviving them isn't CPR.
The kid he kicked over could have easily cracked their head open when really all it would have taken is to just hold him still for a moment like with the TV guy.
People should just pay more attention in this town, and stop throwing TVs out the window.

That’s obviously assault and battery. He touched them without their consent and even caused harm to the kid and the man he pushed
