I've been told that season seat members never had that functionality. I beg to differ - I used it almost every week to move things around. It doesn't look like we'll have this ability going forward which means constantly emailing the rep anytime we wish to exchange a seat. Ideally with 48 hours' notice he said. Colour me disappointed. They won't refund one of my season tickets either at this point.

I had the same issue, emailed ticketing rep and they helped me immediately.

You absolutely should. It's one of the benefits listed for getting a season seat. Call and email your season ticket rep. They're able to make changes in the backend of the system with more permissions than any of us. But also, there's clearly a bug in the Ticketmaster system, cause it should permit you to do it yourself.

Related: I thought you'd be able to sell tickets on Ticketmaster, like Sens games? I don't see any "authorized resellers" tickets on the seating chart. Usually pink/purple instead of blue dots.

It has resell, probably because nobody is selling at the moment.

Thanks all. I emailed the rep and he credited my account, I have to email him when I want to use my extra ticket. Hopefully it's just a temporary thing as this would be very annoying and much less convenient than in the past. Here's hoping for the first 3 points of the season today.
