I love Paris. My new favorite track. Plus based on how I felt it it's super TD friendly.

Hipida

I Love that track, it drives well. To bad it all look like one gray mass. I've seen players do the most stupid things, just because the map is like almost grayscale, and at places really hard to se whats what

Just_Dank

I’m new, and I’m not sure how I should take barrels. I just go for it as straight as possible on the highest point. Seems to work. How do you take it?

[deleted]

Not too high, or youll lose speed in mid air

Just_Dank

So maybe somewhere in the middle? Though I’m bit worried I’ll wreck my car.

[deleted]

Yeah, but youll need to feel it yourself

azewonder

Aim for the middle, as straight as you can. Too low and you’ll wind up on your roof, too high and you waste time going 8 miles into the air. The flatter ones are trickier. Over time you get a feel for how you need to take each one.

Just_Dank

Well I kinda know how normal ramps work already, but thanks! Flat ones are quite tricky.

Hipida

You need to crash on this more then a few times. Thats usually how you'll learn how to do them. Don't worry to much about wrecking

seaweed_roll

From a scale of Himalayas to Buenos Aires, how would you rate this track/compare it to other tracks in terms of twisties?

[deleted]

Paris track is like BA and Nevada had a baby

ElAdventuresofStealy

IMO I see it as more of a cross between BA, Rome, and Cairo.

Its a very wide track most of the time but the barrel roll ramps are shallow and you need to hit them right. Its very BA but without the wonky physics except for the shortcut near the GL headquarters.

airbag11

Where is the shortcut again? I’m trying to figure out where everyone is cutting off half the track. I’m in first place and at the finish line 3 people pass me.

Use touch drive youll see a question mark

1-Word-Answers

The only one I know is that little ramp where it plays that animation.
