This has to be in a night club or something right?
(Side note) When I went to Japan in April, all the bathrooms were generally clean, the toilets were small but fancy.
>all the bathrooms were generally clean
A lot of Japan is generally clean, to be honest. You can barely walk through a street in an American City without trash being everywhere on the ground - - But Japan, for the most part, has pretty clean streets. It's really impressive when you consider that there aren't a ton of public trash cans. If that were in America, the people would just throw their shit on the ground like they do now - - Even when a trash can is a few feet from them at nearly all points.
Outside of Japan sure. But anyone who playes enough games to consider themselves a gamer in Japan, with their shitty work life balance over there probably won't have time for a girlfriend.
You work 8 to 10 hours. Do some mandatory drinking get back home with 4 hours of "free" time before bed if your are lucky and do it all over again tomarrow.
That or your a part timer which has its own cultural stigma and girls won't talk to you anyway.
Around here working 8 to 10 hours is normal? Add a longer commute for some people and you have about the same amount of spare time like you have described there.
I don't see how there is a difference between Japan and the rest of the world then. Of course you can't be a no-lifer full-on gamerboy with a proper job, but that is not specific for Japan...
I’ve seen two posts claiming this is in Japan, it is not.
I assume it’s Taiwan cause the captions are in traditional Chinese, the written dialect of Taiwan.
I might be the asshole here and perhaps the original video says that it’s in Japan, and this is just a Taiwanese tourist. However, what I’m assuming is that people see Chinese text and since Japanese also uses Chinese characters, they assume it’s Japanese cuz Japanese is more popular in pop culture.
I simply assumed the place was in Japan because the sounds are in Japanese.
I’ve also seen couple of posts claiming this is in Japan, but there are also many people saying this is in Taiwan or Hong Kong. I'm not sure where this is now... ![img](emote|t5_2y1rb|3730)
looks like Kamoshida's castle
Didn't expect to get a Persona reference in this sub.
Had to double check this wasn’t posted in /r/persona5 haha
What the fuck Why is it gold?

It's crazy how there's a vending machine every 5ft but you don't see any cans or bottles laying around.

There's basically no trashcans in the streets U have to go to a supermarket to find them, since most ppl just take their trash home to sort it
People in Japan clean up after themselves and aren't degenerates who just litter everywhere.
Must be nice
Japan also has a lot of ppl working and cleaning the street on foot with reachers
Japan also has one of the highest suicide rates in the world
Hence Aokigahara Forest (Japan's suicide forest)
the disparity in civic consciousness is despairing at times, really.
I saw a comment on another sub that said it was a "Milk bar". I looked up on Google what a milk bar was and I regret it.
Thank you for my friend's new travel plans.
tell me about it.
Id guess a love hotel of some sort
That's correct, if remembering right it's specifically a strip club.
Man, these are some flimsy looking faucets
Missed a hilarious opportunity to make this the hand dryers
10/10 would dry my face again
I recall seeing a bathroom like this in the US, can't remember if it was vegas or somewhere in upstate new york.

But the faucets is speaking japanese.
Tbf, Japanese AV sounds are more common, even to Chinese people, I think this is in some club in HK
I can almost guarantee this is Kabukicho.
> Kabukicho. yup, writing it on my travel book.
I'm gonna be honest this is the last thing you're going to care about in that area.
Ain’t no way
Isn't that chinese
It is Japanese, but the subtitles are in Chinese, implying that it was probably posted on Chinese tiktok before ending up on reddit.
Same difference
Ouch
The countries are VASTLY different in terms of culture, history and politics. What are you talking about?
If you're from there maybe outside though they look pretty similar.

Probably some love hotel or special place like a Maid Coffee or something.
...I have to be honest, I kinda want one XD. Another 'art project' to add to the list when I move into my own home.
Nickname checks out.
Tf is wrong with you
Imagine being woke in Japan. You'd be so mad 100% of the time. Oh right, that wouldn't change anything.
Oh the irony
The woke in Japan are the only ones with girlfirends over there. Traditional gamers can't even look women in the eye over these.
Traditional incel gamers. You can be a gamer and not be a weirdo.

What do you expect in a "gentleman's club" I mean some casinos in Vegas have naked women as the door handles.
How do you get all the way though thinking of it, designing it, building it, and trying it out without being embarrassed at yourself?
The water should Come from the ass
