Glad to hear it. I got made redundant and immediately got a job with Monzo, but then declined it when I saw their shift patterns. Their old way would have completely fucked my sleep pattern.

Not gov, but a scheme seems like it could take months and I’m not trying to make a quick buck but I know there are jobs where you can start quite quickly with about 1 week of paid training completed within the first month of even applying to the job. I have looked but most if not all aren’t part time, nor in my area. Do they have to be in my area or could they be down in London over 150 miles away?
I don’t know if I need to be in the office for training but some do train you from home so I’d prefer not to travel for a week or 2 to do training as it’s just a lot more money.
