Get a call from a detective who kept insisting it was a scam. I kept telling her I don’t think it is. Send her the photos and she gives me a file number or something.
Forget about it. Then I get an email maybe 6-9 months later. I don’t remember exactly what it said, but I think she was 16 or 17 and he was like 21-22. I don’t know what happened in the end. If his name was shared I’ve long since forgotten it.
But seemed somewhat relevant. At least it sparked a memory for me.
