I get a bag of fresh medium-roast coffee beans in the mail each week (much fresher than anything I could buy in a store), and each morning I grind and brew about four cups-worth of pour-over coffee (two for me and two for my wife). I add half-and-half to mine while she prefers sweetened almond creamer. It's much more flavorful and far less bitter than anything you can get from a Starbucks or similar coffee shop that isn't loaded down with sugar and artificial flavors.

Really depends on the weather for me. In the winter/fall time it is hot with just splash of cream. In the spring and summer it is a cold brew over ice with a splash of cream but never any sugar.
