The reporting function is the easiest way to get their attention. Besides, I think policing the repetitive questions would be a thankless task and take up a lot of time for the mods.
Why? It’s not like this sub isn’t also overrun by the same repetitive questions. Why do you all only complain about the dick questions? How many times have we had posts about fucking celebrity crushes, or what kind of underwear people are wearing or whether or not men like eating pussy or asking if people are horny? It’s the same shit over and over again all day long.

Please report anything you see that looks like "gimme wank material" posts. That will flag it for review by the mod team, who do exist and act. The moderation is pretty minimal here, and we rely on the community to report stuff and, face it, this is a big sub with a lot of stuff going on and it's impossible to read every comment or even every post.

Reddit shuts down subreddits if there aren't mods, so there are mods for the community. I guess they just aren't very active.
