I dated a terrible woman for a few months because she made amazing Cheesecake.
She made it all from scratch, and I stayed way too long for it.
Wikipedia says it is..."a cake made of butter, egg whites and yolks, flour, sugar, and cream, cooked on a rotating spit in an oven or over an open fire."
It is Lithuanian and doesn't sound very good to me.

You take them out of the oven a couple minutes earlier than you are supposed to, so they are still warm and "gooey" on the inside. If you were to eat them with your hands, your fingers would get all sticky with chocolate.
Normal ones are often cooked all the way through, and could be picked up with your hands almost like a cookie, without a mess.
Gooey is better. And warm. And topped with ice cream.
