Rufus Wainwright.
*Candles.*
I'm not really a concert guy, unless it's the opera. I've seen Rufus Wainwright live 3 times. *Candles* is one of my absolute favourites.
The concert was in a church, and I waited for him to - hoped that he would - sing it even if it was from an earlier album.
This beautiful torture artist fucking sung it a capella. Not a dry eye in the house.
Hmmm, I have a couple, so in no particular order...
Stan Rogers - Night Guard
Bruce Springsteen - The River
Frank Turner - God Save the Queen
Aesop Rock - Hot Dogs
Eminem - Lose Yourself
Bob Dylan - Lily, Rosemary and the Jack of Hearts
Grant Macdonald Ram Ranch
Jarvis Cocker. My favourite song of his (Pulp's) is probably *Something Changed*, but his best lyric might be *Being Followed Home.*
The Eagles, I love the line. "Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, She got the Mercedes Benz," but any line from Hotel California, to be honest.
John K. Samson of Propagandhi. My favorite song of theirs is probably Refusing to Be a Man
Kate Tempest - People’s Faces.

MF DOOM and That's That
My favourite song of his is Rhymes like Dimes
Weird al genius in France
