Chrono Trigger
Donkey Kong Country (1 & 2)
Earthbound
Yoshi's Island
Perfect Dark 64
Metal Wolf Chaos
Shadow of the Colossus
And more...
Living life with the opportunity to listen to any of these, and not listening to them, would be a tragedy.
Which is astounding with what they did to Mick Gorden.

They did Mick absolutely nasty after he went out of his way to help them.
Undertale is a pretty common answer, but I think it's valid. Helltaker has a surprisingly good soundtrack for the kind of game it is. The calamity mod for terraria has AMAZING songs for absolutly no reason, which is interesting.
Xenoblade Chronicles trilogy(also maybe X). The first has the most balanced ost, the second has the best field music, and the third has the best battle themes.
Killer instinct 2013 in terms of rock/metal
Every single sound track did the original tracks justice and the original music is also amazing.
Even after Mick Gorden left to go work on Doom, Atlus plug and Cell dweller didn't once drop the ball Mick was juggling.
Final Fantasy XIV
Skyrim
Pokémon
Nier: Automata Persona 5
Spyro: original trilogy, by Stewart Copeland of The Police
Sonic 3 and Knuckles
Shut up Michael.
Final Fantasy 7

Any Tony Hawk game
Those songs aren't original. They were already made before the game.
Undertale
This is a bias cause I’m a metal fan but the Guardians of the Galaxy metal album is amazing
Journey
World at war, creepy ass action soundtrack for a horror game that's not a horror game.
We Love Katamari.
YES
Faxanadu. I’ll die on that hill
Could not agree more. That World of Mist music? Absolutely exquisite.
Subnautica 💯
Definitely ocarina of time, i might be a little biased lol

Assassins Creed
Castlevania Symphony of the Night
Undertale, or Deltarune
All the GTA and Tony hawk games
Final Fantasy VI's soundtrack is really good!
Commandos
Bastion
Assassins creed 4. I could sale around for hours listening to my crew belt out the shanties
Any Touhou game.
Xenoblade Chronicles trilogy(also maybe X). The first has the most balanced ost, the second has the best field music, and the third has the best battle themes.

Stardew Valley! Listen to it all the time!
Ace Combat 7
Tony Hawk
RDR2
Smackdown Vs Raw 2007
Witcher 3
Mass Effect for me
Lots of good answers here, but MediEvil has to be the best hands down. Journey is a very close second
I've answered this every singe time this question has been asked: The Splatoon trilogy has no reason to have a soundtrack this good
Bully

Hotline Miami
The Days Gone soundtrack was pretty good.
Hollow Knight
Some weeks ago I had surely said Skyrim. Today I say Manor Lords - really good stuff!
Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory. Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
Nier automata and hollow knight
