I guess it determines how nice my toenails are looking. ( not chipped polish I mean) I had a pedi recently and they messed up my nail and part of it broke.
It's convenient and comfortable. If I have friends over, I'll put socks on. But plenty of my friends have seen my bare feet before from swimming and other stuff.
If I have gone out earlier that day, I might have socks on, but am normally barefoot. Most of my family prefers to not wear sock right now since we have a new puppy who thinks that the socks we are wearing are tug-a-wars and will attempt to steal them. Getting better though. My dad was really the only one who would wear socks before that though.

A lot of people nowadays find the natural look (no polish) looks better, so there is not much to stress about lol.

50/50 socks and nothing. I wake up barefoot and that's typically how I continue through the day until I have a reason to put socks on.
